How long have you been on DeviantArt?
It'll be 899 days, sir!
What does your username mean?
Meaning? I don't think it means anything. It is just my nickname since primary school which stuck to me permamently to become more known than my real name.
Describe yourself in three words.
Unfortunate, curious enigma.
Are you left or right handed?
Right handed, sir!
What was your first deviation?
Oh, that's a tricky question. I began as a writer and was concentrated only on that until I began taking first snapshots with my iPhone. My best guess is that it was a wall of text written during sleepless night that happened to gain some attention.
What is your favourite type of art to create?
It might be a surprise, but it's traditional art. Even though these aren't pure creations of my own, it is a proof that by putting lots of work and attention to something, you can overcome your own limitations.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Digital art. Possibility to freely create every picture I have imagined in my head - feels like a dream.
What was your first favourite?
"World Calling" by Tomiokajiro. This guy has something in his style that is perfect mix of clear, pure lines and a sign of abstract. I love his arts, but this one hangs on my wall to this day.
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
The one I couldn't even possibly imagine to create. If someone manages to capture my attention and make me think by their arts, it's an instant fave.
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
I think it would be Ry-thae. She is someone who took kindly to my constructive(but not always) criticism and I have seen it later as improvements in her style. It's nice to know that not everyone are closed off.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
Probably Mikeinel. He's one crazy dude, and judging by his type of creations, I can only begin to imagine what kind of a person he is.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Tough question. It would rather be deviant's creations than their creator. I gained a lot of inspiration from fellow photographers and traditional artists which gave me motivation to continue.
What are your preferred tools to create art?
Eraser, pencil, keyboard and Nikon D7100, sir!
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
School. When my attention is begging to get away from extreme boredom, I happen to get the most creative ideas there. It was the place of birth of traditional pixel arts, my whole writings series and 'usual' traditional drawing.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
Probably when I released series of photos from Ukraine, and the one called "Sanatorium 5" was the first to gain actual attention. That was some kind of breakdown when my arts started transforming from child's play to something that can be seen as something more, something thought-provoking, something that can make one's esthetic senses tingle, something that can tell a story and express emotions like nothing else.
